Friday for Mishka

Exercise

Walked 2.33 miles in 32 minutes. Decided to forgo lunges as this my first day back to exercising since the back strain. I did walk up hills and down hills and on uneven terrain.

Breakfast

Cereal w/1% milk

Coffee (out with the girls)

Mocha (single shot)
Small blueberry muffin

Lunch (at Charlie's)

Grilled steak salad w/very little dressing
Iced tea

Dinner

Small bagel w/cc and ham
1 serving of cheddar w/peanut butter on it
6 oz of 1% milk
