This was a hard day for me at dinner because everyone was having a beer with dinner which I stayed away from and then they decided to have mango and sticky rice for desert and I didn't have any of that either....it was hard but I feel better that I didn't allow myself to go crazy and completely screw up this week.
Total calories are 1310 which is just want I am allowed to have without working out for one day. So my weekly total should still be on track at 2590 for the week (although the soba could have been more).

Good job on keeping away from the beer and the rice. It is hard but worth it.
