Total calories are 1365....pretty close to my -500 for the day so I am sitting at -1275 where I should be at -1500 but I'll get some exercise in tomorrow and make up for the lost ground....

Did you make the quiche?
No, someone brought to both things I was at that I have had quiche at in two days. I love quiche too so I guess I should learn to make one, especially a lowfat/calorie one that tastes good, huh?
Yeah I tried one our of a WW book and it sucked. I love quiche so if you find a recipe please share.
