Sprite is back!

I have been majorly slacking and now weigh more than I ever have. Mr Sprite and I have a new plan (I blogged about it), so here we go...........back on the healthy bandwagon!

Sprite's Monday
small wheat bagel w/reduced fat peanut butter - 3 points

banana - 1 point
apple - 1 point

Subway 6" club sub w/lite mayo - 8 points
1/2 bag baked Lays - 1 point
lite lemonade - 0 points

can of soup - 4 points
1/2 cup cottage cheese - 2 points

small piece of leftover holiday peanut brittle - 2 points?

exercise: walking 30 minutes home from bus stop
