I lost 1.5 pounds last week. Not bad, considering the points-a-palooza this weekend ;)
I am in a training workshop all day Tue-Thu and I'm struggling with the food thing. All my normal coping mechanisms to ward off cravings - talking a walk, taking a nap, microwaving a WW meal or popcorn - are not available to me and I have plenty of time to sit and thing about FOOD. I'm doing my best though.
