20 minutes interval exercise bike (1 activity point earned)
Since I can't do high impact running, I have devised my own program on the exercise bike using the Couch to 5k Running program as a model. Instead of walking, I pedal at a moderate pace and then I "sprint", including moving my arms, on the bike instead of running. I'm going to use the same alternating schedule of working up to "running" the whole time! It felt pretty good, so hopefully I can keep it up!

Good job on modifying something to work for you. As soon as I get past this back thing, I will be at the gym...
