I was supposed to get exercising (at least walking) to see if that will help this back issue but I am so afraid that I am going to make it worse, it is hard to get motivated. It is also rainy and miserable outside today so I might just stick with some stretching today and start walking tomorrow on it.

2 fried eggs (in lite olive oil)
Coffee w/sugar and milk

Hey stretching is just fine. You got to ease into it. It is not worth the gamble.

Stretching is very good and should be done by everybody! You're not going to do yourself any good pushing into it and hurting yourself further.
Started back on the walking today. Back is feeling good as long as I don't sit for too long....cuts down on my computer time but oh well, I guess it keeps me moving....haha.
Tillamook cheese, just one of the perks I guess. I don't see it everywhere but in the main store I shop in they have it.
