Tuesday for Mishka

Walked 2.8 miles, burning 206 calories (according to pedometer)

Breakfast

Egg white burrito w/veggies and part skim mozzerella (about 400 calories)
Coffee w/sugar and milk (about 50 calories)

Lunch (out with K, at Charlies)

Grilled steak salad w/veggies (400 calories)
Iced tea (50 calories)

450 calories

Dinner (at coffee meeting)

4 mini quiches (400 calories)
1 serving of ham (80 calories)
1 serving of lowfat cc (80 calories)
1 glass of pinot grisio (100 calories)
Olives stuffed w/garlic (too many to count)
1/2 sandwich (150 calories)

810 calories

Total calories were around 1710 and I was authorized 1500 to continue with my -500 plan for losing 1 pound a week. I guess I will have to burn a few more calories tomorrow to make up for it....off target for the day. Brought weekly count up to -800 when it should be at -1000 by the second day
