Total calories are 1425 which is a 125 what I need to be minus 500 a day so my weekly total is now at -775 instead of the -1000 it should be. I'll need to get better...and I have to make Thai fried rice for a potluck tomorrow. Guess I will just have to be strong and get a visit to the gym in...that is for sure.

Try to do it first thing and get it out of the way and then you won't feel guilty.
I know....it is just hard when the weather sucks and the times I would like to be at the gym (first thing in the morning) is when everyone else is at the gym too....I'll make it work, I am just glad for now that I am at least reducing my calories like I should...
I know what you mean. I hate going to the gym when it is busy.
