We decided to take the rest of last week off and eat all the things we've been craving and get it out of our systems. I gained back a couple pounds, which sucks, but I think it was good for my psyche. I had lost one pound this morning since my "official" weigh in yesterday morning, so that made me feel a little more inspired.
I'm not really tracking so far this week, but I have toned down the food fest quite a bit. I'm still getting over my cold, so I'm eating what sounds good but trying to keep it reasonable.
I'll be back to tracking and diligent eating by Monday.
