Chicken's Weigh In

I gained 2 pounds. I really felt like I lost some this weekend but I think I screwed it up with eating bad food. So I have to focus even more and not pig out when I get home from work.

I have found that having snacks prepared in low-point baggies is really helping me with the munchies. I have baggies of pretzels (2 points), raw veggies (0 points), grapes (1 point) ready so that I can grab something to munch but not eat a whole bag of something! I also bring them to work like that so I have pre-determined serving sizes on the ready (as you've seen in my snack drawer!)

Don't forget too that women fluctuate over 5 pounds during the month due to being women....that might be part of it. Glad you are back at it, don't let a bad weekend get you down...I have had entire bad weeks but I am starting to feel like I am with the program now (she says before heading for a lunch potluck today).
