Lunch

Amy's Cheese Enchilada meal (350 calories)
1 serving of tortilla chips (130 calories)
1 Deka vita (60 calories)

Exercise

Strolling on the beach looking for seaglass for 1 1/2 hours (200 calories)
Elliptical, treadmill and recumbant bike for 40 minutes (300 calories)
Sit ups for 10 minutes (100 calories)

Dinner

Veggie burger on bagel w/1/2 serving of cheddar (305 calories)
1 1/2 servings of broccoli w/1 serving of lite sour cream (90 calories)

Snack

4 Hershey dark chocolate kisses (100 calories)

Total calories are 985 (with the calories burned for exercise). Not bad at all...this puts be back where I need to be for this week on calories so I am at -2500 and on target.
