I did pretty good at keeping my calories down at dinner. I had a plate of Thai food, stayed away from too much rice, and then a sliver of flan for desert. I think I mananged to keep things where I want them.
Total calories are ~1300 which puts me at -500 for the week when I should be at -1500 by now...oh well.
