This week has been bad for me for logging food. I have been eating okay but not a lot of things that I can count calories on. I have been eating Thai soup for three days since I had so much of it and I know that it is not bad for me.
Tomorrow is a new day, a new week, and a new start. I have no excuses to not get some exercise in and I just need to get started. Chicken has motivated me in her will and determination to run and be healthier. I will try to follow in her footsteps.
