We had the superbowl this morning so I went to a party at a local bar and it included breakfast and lunch. I didn't try to count calories today, but I can list what I have eaten. I have my calorie week start on Tuesday this week and see how it goes.
Breakfast (I rarely get to eat all this stuff for breakfast so I went a bit overboard but kept each item small so I got at least a taste of each thing)
1 serving of scrambled eggs
1 small sausage link
1 biscuit
1 serving of sausage gravy
1 serving of skillet potatoes with onions
2 slices of bacon
2 small cups of coffee w/1 tbs of Baileys
Water
Lunch (had to have one beer while watching the Superbowl)
6 chicken wings
1 roll
3 slices of ham
1 Corona w/lime
Dinner
Ramen w/veggies
Tangerine
5 cherry tomatoes
Water
Exercise
Vacuuming, dusting and mopping the house for 2 hours (about 700 calories)
Don't feel like I did too bad because I still work up hungry and that doesn't happen if I over eat in a day.
