Total calories are 1835 so I didn't get any kind of negative credit for this day....bad on me but I couldn't help myself with the curry...it has been a long time and I really love the flavor...guess I'll be working out extra hard tomorrow... I am -2500 calories for the week and should be at -3000 by now...
