Still Here

I know I haven't been updating much in the last few weeks. I went on a short trip (where I didn't eat much) then came home sick and didn't eat much again. I am just this week starting to get back on normal food and amounts. Didn't feel like logging it so I'll try to start up next week. I am being good though...keeping portions under control and eating pretty much when I did before I left so I should be good. Am doing some walking but plan to get back to the gym next week when I am sure I have this bug under control...don't want to over do it and relapse...

Chicken Update

Honestly I haven't been eating very well and I didn't exercise as much as I should of last week. I paid for it dearly because my run on Sunday sucked arse. So I'm trying to pull it together and I really have to because my 5k is this weekend. I'm starting to get nervous about it.

On a positive note the 9th was the 4 month mark of no smoking. Yippee!!

*I have been craving these ever since the Easter candy came out, but haven't wanted to buy a big bag. I found a small carton of them today and divided them up into 4 3-point servings, which I will each one a day for the next four days. I decided this would be better than losing control and eating half a bag. Eaten slowly and savored, the small handful was completely satisfying!

Sprite's week

I'm afraid I've gone completely off track this week. Tuesday night, I went out with some friends and had a big, very strong drink and then had to eat quite a few appetizers so I could sober up enough to go home. (But the marionberry mojito was pretty darn good!)

Wednesday and Thursday I was at a conference and had no say in what I could eat, so I know I used too many points. Losing 10 points a week really sucks.

Today I am completely stressed out and having a really, really hard time but I'm going to try to get back on track.
