So I'm adding more exercise to the mix. I signed up for Yoga Spring term. The plan is I will do circuit weight M-W-F for 40 minutes and 90 minutes of Yoga on T-TR. I will continue to run every other day as well and get some skiiing/snow shoeing in on the weekends when I can.

You rock....my plans are not even that organized but I do plan to get with a two a day plan as soon as I get back from my little trip.
