Mishka's Saturday

I was right on calories like I should be but I don't feel like putting them all in here....I counted them on my dry erase board on the fridge....anyhow, here is the food.

Breakfast

2 packets of flavored oatmeal
Hot water
Water
Banana

Lunch
Veggie burger on English muffin w/1/2 serving of cheddar
1 serving of tortilla chips
1 serving of ps mozzarella cheese
Iced tea

Dinner

Ramen w/veggies
1 serving of cherry tomatoes
Water

Total calories are 1300 which is on target for the day but not doing anything for my goal for the week because I need to make up an extra 200 calories. I'll try to get a walk in at least tomorrow. We are -2300 for the week.
