I'm afraid I've gone completely off track this week. Tuesday night, I went out with some friends and had a big, very strong drink and then had to eat quite a few appetizers so I could sober up enough to go home. (But the marionberry mojito was pretty darn good!)
Wednesday and Thursday I was at a conference and had no say in what I could eat, so I know I used too many points. Losing 10 points a week really sucks.
Today I am completely stressed out and having a really, really hard time but I'm going to try to get back on track.
