Two Months Left

I only have two months left to get more fit and I just have not used my time wisely. Today I will start again, but it seems like I spend more time starting again than maintaining a program. I need to make it a priority and not let myself get distracted by other things....I am actually not looking to lose too much weight, I just want to get fitter....get rid of some of the jiggly parts...

It rained cat and dogs last night and will probably again later today but I am hoping to get a walk in there somewhere and then I'll try to get up to the gym as well.

Chicken's Update

Well I haven't been too bad but not great either. I haven't been running as much as I would like and I have slipped up here and there on the food. I'm heading out to New York tomorrow until Saturday. I will try to eat healthy but I will also be on a budget and will do what I can. I will get some running in. The Cinco De Mayo run is on Sunday when I get back so I want to be slightly prepared. I'm nervous about the trip and the run and....okay back to work.

Chicken's Update and Monday

Well I ran for 40 minutes yesterday. This is the longest I have ever ran. I really want to push myself because the Cinco De Mayo run is just around the corner.

I weighed myself today and I have lost 3.5 pounds this week. It has been a while since I have lost anything or have been at this weight. Maybe it is a sign that the circuit weight and running are paying off. I'm trying my best to eat right too although I have slipped up here and there.

Mishka's Saturday and Sunday

Okay besides getting some decent exercise in Saturday due to dancing....I can't log either of these days as they were a wash. Saturday was a bunco day so dinner was over the top and then we had a few drinks which we all know are chock full of bad calories. The dancing might have helped me out some in that department.

Got home too late and didn't get to sleep in so I was tired all day on Sunday. I did a fair amount of running around but didn't get a lot accomplished....now it is Monday and I have tons to do in the next two days.

Anyhow, Sunday's food was minimal because I didn't feel like much food after all that on Saturday....

After eating very well all day, getting a good night's sleep and going to the chiropractor & massage yesterday, I woke up feeling better and more alert than I had in weeks. Funny how that works, eh?

Thankfully, I stayed exactly the same weight this week as last week, so I have less to lose overall. Chicken and I had yoga today and it was great to stretch and relax!
