Chicken's Update and Monday

Well I ran for 40 minutes yesterday. This is the longest I have ever ran. I really want to push myself because the Cinco De Mayo run is just around the corner.

I weighed myself today and I have lost 3.5 pounds this week. It has been a while since I have lost anything or have been at this weight. Maybe it is a sign that the circuit weight and running are paying off. I'm trying my best to eat right too although I have slipped up here and there.

Breakfast
2 small pieces of toast w/LC 3 points

Snack
1 small banana 1 point
Jack Cheese 2 points

Exercise
40 minutes circuit weight 3 AP

Lunch
WW Chicken and Broc 6 points

Good job chicken...now that I have bunco behind me...I plan to knock some things off my to do list and get exercising everyday...no matter what...I still have a few months left to meet my goal of getting fitter. I think I can do it, if I buckle down now...
