Well I haven't been too bad but not great either. I haven't been running as much as I would like and I have slipped up here and there on the food. I'm heading out to New York tomorrow until Saturday. I will try to eat healthy but I will also be on a budget and will do what I can. I will get some running in. The Cinco De Mayo run is on Sunday when I get back so I want to be slightly prepared. I'm nervous about the trip and the run and....okay back to work.
