Not only have I gained back anything I had lost, I literally made myself sick eating gobs of fattening and junk food the last few weeks. I was actually looking forward to getting back on the healthy eating this plan because I'm tired of feeling nauseous and sluggish. Good motivation, I think!

It is good that our body tells us these things or we would be in trouble. You'll lose that weight again.
Hey, we are both back at it at the same time...I hate how I feel crappy if I eat junk...but I guess that is good so I know and stop doing it...haha.
