Mishka's Committment

Even though it is a holiday, I am starting a new program. I am desparate to lose some weight and get fit in a short amount of time (if I feel some results right away, it helps to keep my motivated), so I am committing to working out everyday (even twice a day if I can swing it in my schedule).

I am going through the fridge and tossing any crap that is left over from Halloween and anything else that looks like it would cause me to divert. Mostly I need to get the chocolate out of my house that is left over from Halloween...I know it is there and I keep talking myself into eating it.

I have been walking and riding my bike lately and doing tons of lunges but I haven't seen the inside of the gym in a while and I think I am due. Today it is raining and cooler (for here) so if I do get a walk in, it will be a wet one but I am thinking the gym is a for sure at some point today. I don't have anything else on my agenda but wrapping some Christmas presents, and cleaning house so it should be no problem.

I had to bring the leftover candy to work so it was out of the house.

Thanks for joining back up with me...having more than one makes it easier to keep with it.

I had to really fight to not eat the candy last night (I didn't get a chance to take it away yet), but I am doing okay now...I feel like I am moving forward and that feels great.
