Lunch
1 serving of japanese fried rice
1 eggroll
1 serving of japanese sweet potato casserole
1 serving of tea
1 baked chicken drumstick
1 serving of daikon and mushroom salad
Exercise
20 minutes elliptical, hill profile, level 3
20 minutes recumbant, manual profile, level 3
Upper and lower back and bicep weight lifting
Dinner
1/2 cup of grapes
8 oz of 1% milk
1 serving of roasted unsalted peanuts
1 serving of japanese fried rice
I made up for not getting a workout in yesterday and I managed to play bingo with candy on the table not not touch any of it even though I was starving because I had not eaten dinner yet. I am pretty proud of myself for my hard work today.

Thanks sis. I was starving at different times during the day but that was my own fault...timing for meals just got messed up with all the stuff I was doing and trying to fit in.
