Second New Start For Mishka

This always happens to me...I have the best of intentions and then I get derailed...I did great ONE day last week and other than that I was hit or miss....

Monday is a good day for me to start so I will be back at it once again on Monday....see, at least I am not giving up completely...that has to count for something, huh?

1 6 inch Subway melt sandwich
1 12 oz Aquarius
1 banana
1 ribeye steak
1 serving of coleslaw
1 roll
1 serving of baked beans

Exercise

40 minutes walking 3 miles
40 minutes treading water

Starting Over

Sick

I have had a head cold for about a week and on top of that have been very busy with newcomer's so I have not been to the gym lately...I am dying to get back though because I was just starting to really feel like I was in a groove...hopefully it won't be too hard to get back. As you can see, I have been trying to do some things outside....golfing has always made me feel good.
