I hardly ate anything today...just too busy and not thinking about it, I guess....anyhow, J and I broke out the Wii in the evening since there was nothing to watch on the boob tube and we played for hours...I guess that means I wasn't completely inactive.

Playing Wii, Winter Sports, 3 1/2 hours

25 minutes lifing weights, shoulders and abs

Update for Mishka

Okay, because it is the holidays and we have plans at our friend's for the next couple of nights, I am not going to worry too much about my diet until after Xmas...I have been walking some (not enough) and we played golf the other day (walking with the clubs on our backs) but I haven't been consistent and consistent is what I need to be if I ever hope to get back into my "skinnier" clothes.

I am not making New Year's Resolutions regarding my fitness because I think that dooms it to nothingness but I will say that I plan on getting with my program after Xmas for sure....I want to be feeling fitter and more flexible by summertime for sure!!!

Small bowl of udon soup
2 pieces of tempura shrimp
1/2 of nigiri (rice ball) w/tuna
Water

Snack

2 tbs of mandarin orange wedges
