I have been eating on points for a week now. I haven't been blogging much or exercising (except Saturday I ran) because of dental surgery. I almost lost all of the weight I gained during Christmas (not the whole holiday weight gain mind you). I can feel that I am on the right track. My circuit weight class starts today and I am running after work with William. He really want to lose weight and get more exercise too. My friend and I are planning to go swimming/water aerobics at the community center on Wednesday. After I am comfortable with that I will try to go regularly. I really want to ramp up my exercise. I am registering for the Shamrock run this year and William is going to do it with me this time. I restocked my vitamins and am trying to go to sleep earlier.
I already feel better from the changes that I have made in the last week. I could never understand why I go back to bad habits because in the long run they make me feel bad emotionally and physically. So with that here is my Monday:
Breakfast
1 cup healthy ohs 2 points
1 cup fat free skim milk 2 points
1 splash of cranberry juice with mineral water 1 point
Snack
Small Banana 1 point
Exercise
40 minutes of circuit weight 3 AP
(I didn't get the run in yesterday so I will do it Tuesday. It is much more balanced that way)
Lunch
WW Fettuccine Alfredo with Broccoli 6 points
Dinner
2 cups Split Pea Soup 5 points
1 piece of sourdough bread with laughing cow 4 points
Snack
1 piece of Jarlsberg Cheese 1 point
1 low carb ice cream bar 2 points

Welcome back Sis....everytime I get out there and walk or do even a little bit, I wonder why the hell I am not doing it everyday because it always makes me feel better in body, mind and spirit...I love you and I know we can both do this!!!
