Chicken's Thursday and Week
I have worked out everyday this week doing circuit weight training. The class is not held on Friday's do I can't attend then. I slipped and haven't counted my points. I am pretty much eating right accept an item here and there. I will try to stick to that but next week I will get very strict.

Chicken's Monday and Update
I weighed myself yesterday and discovered I have gained 10 pounds back. Arrg! So I have to get back on track and start counting my points again. I am going to try to exercise more as well.

Still Kicking

Finished the Women's Challenge
I finished the women's health challenge a week ahead of schedule. Thanks to a lot of walking lately....
Not Dead
I am doing well, just too busy to log much here...will try to be more diligent about it if I can but don't expect miracles until we get settled again in our new home.
