Lunch
- 1 bowl of homemade chili con carne leftover with skim mozzerella/sourcream
- 1 piece of Jiffy cornbread
- 1 glass of Diet Coke
Dinner
- 1 bowl of leftover stirfried veggies/shrimp with steamed jazmine rice
- 2 glasses of water
- 1 handful of roasted peanuts (no salt)
- 1 individual apple sauce
