- 1 serving of roasted turkey
- 2 servings of cheddar cheese
- 1 glass of 1% milk
- 1 glass of water
Snack
- 1 cup of hot cocoa
- 1 serving of roasted peanuts (no salt)
- 1 serving of applesauce
