Wednesday Eats

Breakfast
  • 2 fried eggs
  • 1 serving of turkey bacon cooked in the microwave
  • 2 pieces of multigrain toast
  • 1 cup of tea w/1 tsp sugar/milk
  • 2 glasses of water

Lunch

  • 1 serving of peanut butter
  • 1 serving of strawberry jam
  • 2 pieces of multigrain bread
  • 1 serving each of lite sourcream/salsa
  • 1 serving of white corn tortilla chips
  • 1 glass of Diet Coke

Dinner

  • 2 servings of salad (lettuce, cucumber, carrots, sunflower seeds)
  • 1/2 serving of honey dijon dressing
  • 1 serving of roasted turkey
  • 2 servings of cheddar cheese
  • 1 glass of 1% milk
  • 1 glass of water

Snack

  • 1 cup of hot cocoa
  • 1 serving of roasted peanuts (no salt)
  • 1 serving of applesauce
I really need to get with the program...I am not being strict enough with my food for the lack of exercising I am doing. I need to get motivated too and this cold weather has just thrown me for a loop...usually it is so easy for me to get outside and walk at least...
