Breakfast


  • 1 serving of Muselix cereal with 1% milk
  • 2 glasses of iced coffee with 1% milk
  • 1 glass of water

Lunch

  • 1 serving Triscuit crackers
  • 1 serving of clam/artichoke/spinach dip
  • 1 glass of Diet Coke

Dinner

  • 1 serving leftover Pad Thai
  • Handful of peanuts roasted but no salt
  • 2 glasses of water

Snack

  • Microwave popcorn with tabasco/shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup of applesauce
