- 4 chicken hotwings
- 1 small baked potato w/margarine/lite sour cream
- 1 serving of roasted peanuts (no salt)
- 1 glass of iced tea (lightly sweetened)
- 2 servings of seedless flame grapes
Dinner
- 2 grilled kabobs
- 1 small baked potato w/margarine/lite sour cream
- 2 servings of steamed frozen peas
- 1 glass of water
- 1 glass of cranberry juice w/vodka
Snack
- 1 piece of birthday cake (the last of it, thank goodness)
- 1 serving of roasted peanuts
- 1 glass of water
- 1 Fuji apple
