Eating for Wednesday

Breakfast

  • 1 onion bagel
  • 1/2 serving of lite cream cheese
  • 2/3 serving of ham
  • 1 large cup of coffee w/1 tsp sugar & 1% milk
  • 1 glass of water

Lunch

  • 4 chicken hotwings
  • 1 small baked potato w/margarine/lite sour cream
  • 1 serving of roasted peanuts (no salt)
  • 1 glass of iced tea (lightly sweetened)
  • 2 servings of seedless flame grapes

Dinner

  • 2 grilled kabobs
  • 1 small baked potato w/margarine/lite sour cream
  • 2 servings of steamed frozen peas
  • 1 glass of water
  • 1 glass of cranberry juice w/vodka

Snack

  • 1 piece of birthday cake (the last of it, thank goodness)
  • 1 serving of roasted peanuts
  • 1 glass of water
  • 1 Fuji apple
