Eating on Thursday

Breakfast
  • 1 serving of Supreme Oatmeal
  • 1 large cup of coffee w/sugar and milk
  • 1 large glass of water

Lunch

  • 1 serving of left over Thai pineapple curry with chicken
  • 1 serving of steamed jasmine rice
  • 1 glass of Diet Coke
  • 1 serving of roasted peanuts (no salt)

Dinner

  • 1 serving of Japanese steamed rice
  • 1 1/2 servings of Japanese curry with mushrooms and part skim mozzarella cheese
  • 1 serving of chicken cutlet
  • 2 glasses of water
  • 1 serving of apple sauce

Snack

  • 1 serving of graham cracker
  • 1 serving of hot chocolate
