Lunch

- 1 veggie burger patty
- 1 slice of cheddar cheese
- 1 glass of Diet Coke
- 1 avocado
- 1/2 serving of tortilla chips
- 1/2 serving of salsa
Dinner
- 1 chicken breast
- 2 servings of steamed broccoli
- 1 baked potato w/lite sourcream and chives
- 1 glass of cranberry juice w/vodka
Snack (here is where it gets ugly)
- 1 cup of hot cocoa w/marshmellows
- 3 sweet tart rolls
- 2 tootsie rolls
- 1 lite Yoplait yogurt
