- 2 cups of Ocha (green tea)
- 2 glasses of water
Dinner
- 1 t-bone steak
- 1 baked potato w/margarine and lite sourcream
- 1/2 of acorn squash w/margarine
- 2 servings of salad (lettuce, celery, onion, bell pepper, tomato, sunflower seeds, cucumber, carrot) w/blue cheese dressing
- several baby carrots while making dinner
- 10 red flame grapes
