Food on Wednesday

Breakfast
  • 1 serving of Supreme Oatmeal w/evaporated milk (still trying to use the rest of the can up)
  • 1 large coffee w/sugar and evaporated milk

Lunch


  • 4 pieces of fresh sushi
  • 1 serving of miso soup
  • 1 large Katsu-donburi (pork cutlet, onion, egg over rice)
  • 2 cups of Ocha (green tea)
  • 2 glasses of water

Dinner

  • 1 t-bone steak
  • 1 baked potato w/margarine and lite sourcream
  • 1/2 of acorn squash w/margarine
  • 2 servings of salad (lettuce, celery, onion, bell pepper, tomato, sunflower seeds, cucumber, carrot) w/blue cheese dressing
  • several baby carrots while making dinner
  • 10 red flame grapes
