Monday Eats

Breakfast
  • 1 serving of Oatmeal Supreme
  • 1 large coffee w/sugar and milk

Lunch

  • 1 serving of Pad Ka Paow Gai at a local restaurant
  • 1/2 serving of Tom Yum Goong
  • 1 egg roll
  • 1 large Thai tea
  • 1 20 oz Diet Coke
  • 1 cup of hot cocoa

Dinner

  • 1 serving of steamed white rice
  • 1/2 serving of Japanese curry w/mushrooms
  • 1/2 serving of yakisoba w/beef
  • 1 large water

Snack

  • 1/2 can of sliced peaches in lite syrup
  • 1 tootsie roll
  • 1 sweet tart roll
  • 1 gummy lifesaver roll
