Wednesday Eats

Breakfast
  • 1 serving of Muselix cereal w/1% milk
  • 1 large cup of coffee w/1 tsp sugar and 1% milk
  • 1 glass of water

Lunch

  • 1 serving of burrito (tortilla, beans, meat, lettuce, tomato, onion, salsa, guacamole)
  • 1 glass of Diet Coke
  • 1 glass of water

Dinner


  • 1 serving of steamed jasmine rice
  • 1 serving of stirfried veggies
  • 1 serving of Tom Yum Goong
  • 1 serving of guacamole
  • 1 serving of tortilla chips

Snack

  • 2 Tootsie Rolls
  • 1 Sweettart Roll
  • 1 serving of apple crisp
  • 1 glass of 1% milk
