Saturday Eats

Breakfast
  • 1 1/2 servings of Honey Nut Cheerios w/milk
  • 1 large cup of coffee

Lunch

  • 1 serving of smoked oysters
  • 1 serving of water crackers
  • 1 serving of lite cream cheese
  • 2 glasses of sweet tea

Snack

  • 1 handful of cashews (salted)
  • 1 Fuji apple

Dinner

  • 1 serving of Honey Nut Cheerios
  • 1/2 serving of left over Thai Ginger Chicken
  • Several holiday nuts (no salt)
  • 1 handful of cashews
  • 1 handful of wasabi peas

Snack

  • 2 Tootsie rolls
  • 2 Skittles mini packs
  • 1 hot chocolate w/marshmellows
