I had 4 sugar slashes, 1 fruit and 3 oil slashes left over at the end of the day.
We did a deli meats dinner so I got plenty of dairy and protein in...I just need to get to the fruit more during the day.
I ate:
3 veggies
3 dairies
2 sugars
2 oils
4 grains
4 proteins
2 fruits...
