No cardio but we spent the majority of the day (from 10am -6pm) working on the main water line to our house. This entailed ditch digging, burrowing under a large tree, plumbing manuevering, plumbing store runs in the car, and ditch filling in, and pine straw applications. We both got pretty good workouts....didn't have to do backs or shoulders at the gym this week after that experience.
