Had soccer practice from 5:30pm to about 7:50pm. Did a lot of running around which also required a bit of sprinting. Played much better than I did on Sunday and only had to stop once to blow my nose. Strained a different muscle in my quad on my right leg but I think the hot tub will help that. Plan to walk tomorrow so as not to aggravate it too much. No lunges though.

You are playing a lot. Running around like that is very hard. i know that the 30 minute cardio class almost killed me. I couldn't imagine running like that for 2 hour.
You don't actually end up running the whole time like that (at least not at practice), but on game days...more so. There is a lot of walking and then sprinting that goes on too...
