Played 18 holes of golf with J today, and as soon as he gets back from a run, I am heading out for a quick walk to get some cardio in. Plan to do some abs tonight while watching our recorded copy of the finale of Amazing Race. Should be fun and good exercise too....still can't think of what to make for dinner tonight....got lots of veggies to use up though.

Ended up doing 4 sets of lunges while on my walk and didn't get the abs in....
