I have been walking a lot and then playing soccer on Wednesdays and Sundays. I have been better about portions and doing lots of yard work. I have just been swamped with school so I haven't been logging it much.
I am leaving for a trip for about 2 weeks tomorrow and I plan to at least walk and do push ups, lunges and situps everyday...I don't know if I will be good about the eating or not....
