You should put your pedometer on so you can calculate your movement at work....walk as much as you can today at work.
You're right, chicken. That laughing cow cheese is the bomb! I got the garlic and herb flavor and it is yummy.
I also found hummus that is 2 points for 2 Tbsp, so I'm going to get some Soy crisps to eat with it. yum!
Good idea about the hummus. I'll have to pick some up.
