I don't know what the total calories are because of the chicken salad.

I didn't eat as well as I have been but I felt like a deserved some tasty stuff for being good.

Did you have anything with the eggs? My eggs are 70 calories a piece so you might now have the calories right on that one...just thought I would let you know.
I keep a few cans of lite fruit in the cabinet so when I run out of the fresh stuff before my next trip to the grocery, I have something to munch on.
I looked the calories for eggs up on Calorie King.
Good idea about the fruit.
Sometimes I eat the dark chocolate kisses if I am craving chocolate because they are only 25 calories a piece and the dark chocolate has antioxidants so I don't feel too guilty.
