I only lost 0.6 pounds last week, which is pretty disappointing. Maybe hoarding my bonus points and eating more on the weekend is not good, when I weigh in on Monday. Overall, I'm still feeling good about the program. I think I've adjusted to the lower point allotment and am definitely eating healthier and have more energy. I suppose that is more important than the number on the scale anyway.
I'll try to do better next week.
