Sprite's weigh in

I was a bit disappointed in my weigh in - only 0.2 pounds lost. I was really hoping to hit 10 pounds this week and only needed 0.8 pounds to get it.

I ate pretty bad all weekend, so that pretty much negated my marathon bike riding on Sunday. I think that doing a lot of exercise also reduces your loss, right at the beginning. It sounded like several people were disappointed this week for the same reason.

Overall, I'm happy about my weight loss and am feeling better all the way around. I am dealing with some general fitness issues with my body and I'm feeling frustrated about a lot of things, not just the weight loss.

I was SOOOOO tempted to pig out on something on the way home from the WW meeting but I resisted. I stopped by Value Village for a little retail therapy instead. I was happy to fit in some smaller sized pants. They didn't look that good, but they FIT and that is an improvement.

Hey you are doing great. We all have weeks that we aren't so proud of. Good job on resisting the temptation!!
