There doesn't seem to be any correlation between what I eat and what I lose. I lost 2.6 pounds this week, even though I ate too much, didn't eat my vegetables or my dairy and didn't exercise.
I'm happy about the numbers, but I think I would feel more satisfied if I could see exactly what I was doing to lose weight. As it is right now, it seems like mostly chance and coincidence.

I think that I agree with the WW leader. What you did last week has caught up to you.
I would buy that except I totally pigged out the last weekend. I guess maybe the bike ride did it, but that really doesn't make any sense to me.
